Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely happy with your new purchase. If you don’t love it, send it back, it’s that easy! We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered or unused merchandise in sellable condition for a full refund within 30 days* of purchase. Please allow 2 to 4 business days to process the return once it’s received. You will be notified via email once the refund has been issued.


  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Please keep in mind that some credit cards can take up to 5 business days to reflect refund charges. An email will be sent to you once the return has been processed.
  • Please contact us to confirm the return address prior to returning the items.

  • Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
  • A customer may cancel a transaction, in accordance with the provisions for cancellation of a transaction as they appear in the site’s regulations and in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law 5741-1981 and regulations thereunder (in case of non-compliance between the company’s provisions and the law, the provisions will prevail). Amendments & Change Orders
Any changes to your order or shipping address updates need to be completed within 24 hours of placing your order. For any requests, please contact us as soon as possible. We are unable to make any changes to orders after 24 hours have passed.

All items have to be unused with labels and packaging intact. When you return or exchange any product, you must cover the shipping charges. As soon as we receive your return, we will process your exchange or refund request. Please note that you will not be reimbursed for the original shipping charges. Any refunds made by us will be processed back to the original payment method when you placed your order. We do not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping.
